ENAL Site Supervisor

The Educate Now to Achieve Later (ENAL) Site Supervisor will ensure that all program activities are functioning to full capacity in working to meet all program goals and outcomes. They will also be in charge of facilitating daily programming while ensuring the safety of students in the program remains a priority. They will also be responsible for tracking attendance, meal counts, and participation in student enrichment activities. Furthermore, they will be responsible for training all tutors and/or volunteers to ensure that programming continues to operate according policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities & Primary Duties

Program and staff management

Ensure all program activities are functioning to full capacity in working to meet all program goals and outcomes. Lead the tracking of goals, objectives, and outcomes as needed before the start of each school year.

Oversee maintenance of all facility program records.

Successful goal completion & participant outcomes

Supervise tutors & volunteers
-
Evaluate tutors twice per year and submit final evaluations to both staff and Human Resources.

Collaborate with community partners, including parents & Parent Liaison

Team Leadership
-
Fulfill organizational duties as they arise including participating in staff meetings, special committees, event planning and implementation.

Participation in staff trainings.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
​
-
Associate degree or higher
-
2 years proven experience and ability in working in education and/or youth programs.
-
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the best practices in children’s development program planning and methods of teaching, and evaluation.
-
Criminal background check, physical, and TB test are mandatory prior to hire.

Positions
Tutor - Immediate Availability (Part-time)
​
The SoulFisher Ministries is searching for dedicated people to tutor students enrolled in the Educate Now to Achieve Later (ENAL) program. Program hours during the school year are 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM at elementary school sites, and 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM at middle school sites. Summer hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Qualified applicants should:

Possess solid fundamental math competencies

Able to adaptable in a rapidly moving program

Committed to life-long learning

Strong interpersonal skills instrument in engaging students

Be very dependable and reliable
All applicants should have access to a car or transportation, as tutoring facilities are not readily accessible via public transportation. Any one over the age of 16 is welcome to apply and must be able to pass a background screening. All educational backgrounds are accepted, with preference given to those with a focus in education. All applicants invited for an interview will need to take a math assessment without a calculator and earn at least an 80%.
